- 1 / 5By Riley reedSeriously the worst experience ever. I live an hour away from bluegrass connections, so I called in advance asking if they were open. The man working there said that they were, and that admission would be free due to it being a slow night. I told him I would be there in a couple of hours, and when I arrived, both doors were locked, even though I could hear music blaring inside. I called the business several times, and I was able to hear the phone ringing from where I was standing outside. Don't waste your time or money on this sh*t business. They obviously don't care about customer service, and have no idea how a real business is ran. Never trying to go there again. The Bar Complex is a much better establishmentOctober 25, 2016
