  We at Mondelli's would like to address the concerns of Wanda Caudill and Leslie Collins:
  Wanda came in on July 5th, and we had closed July 4th and 5th for the Holiday. We keep very regular hours, but on some Holidays we will close an extra day or two to spend time with family. We always post these times and hours. And for the Groupon complaint with Leslie, we are so saddened to read this review, for one we haven't made donuts in over a year and the groupon was even longer ago than that. This complaint in no way is an example of our well known excellent customer service. The reason Groupons are limited to one use per day per customer, is because supply wouldn't be able to keep up with demand. Just because a groupon expires and you want to use all of them at the same time because they are now "store credit" doesn't mean we are any more capable of keeping up with that supply. It could wipe us out for the day. The money is not paid to us and she stated, it is in fact paid to groupon and we get a percentage of it. We have rules and guidelines that are in place for the Groupons for a reason and I'm so sorry that this was a problem for one. Most love getting the Groupons and have no problems with the guidelines we set forth.   When I visited to express my complaints for my poorly decorated cake (very shabby job!), the worker there (a young woman with short dark hair) was rude beyond measure to me! She scoffed at me and was aggressive, even going as far as to insult my weight. This place is truly putrid in method and staffing, and I am disgusted. Their cakes are sub-par in design and taste, and this staff member was a truly horrible person! I shall never visit here again and advise others to follow. One star!
